I just read the "Good News, Indie Game Lovers!" part in the voice of Professor Farnsworth.
Anyhow this is great news. I've tried to put in as much as I can afford and add additional amounts over time. Such a great way to support indie developers & charities.
Just read yours. Agree wholeheartedly. One who was never there from the get go or just not interested, only seeing games from sub par stuff like movie tie ins will never really fully get just how big games can be.
Sorry something caught my eye for a moment there...anyways it is a shame, but I suppose it an easy way to make a quick buck to go with all the action figure toys...
Bit of an cut up headline, but yeah I cant imagine after being the role of captain america (great fun flick btw) that reading some short lines for a cash in game would be fun. This isnt Uncharted which fully involves the voice actors.
Just wait for the modding community to open this game up. Always a "More Blood" mod of some sort.
Really the only thing that saved GTA4 for me was Ballad of Gay Tony and leaving the console version for the wealth of mods on the PC version.
Saints Row was always more fun tho. Shame the PC was just ported crap. Hopefully they stick to their word and give a proper PC edition. Wonder if they'll embrace a modding community or have it shut tight...
@Smilydude13
Yes cause in this world of mass variety and differences there is only one form of humor. I enjoy Portal's sarcastic style just as much as I enjoy the lewd behavior and nonsense found in Saints Row. It's a game that realized what it was early on and has been running with it ever sense.
You can roll back the steam version to a previous version.

Dammit had my steam version set for auto update. Gotta wait for NVSE to update before I can play again. Its been working fine for me only hindered by the occasional crash. But then again I have mine heavily modded.
Finding myself playing New Vegas more than FO3 now. Used to play it on consoles before finally beefing up my PC. Saw each game on sale for $5-7 on Steam and GFWL and jumped on them right away. With the abundance of mods out there, this beast of a game may never end.
@xPhearR3dx
Maybe not in Elder Scrolls, but in Bethesda's other game Fallout they had a companion system. You did something for them, and then it opened an option to have them join you on your quests or complete further sub quests with said companion.
This may just be a more in depth addition to that system.
Also Daggerfall is ELDER SCROLLS II.
Its all inevitable immersion for this kind of series.
"Out of all of the current hacker groups, Anonymous is the largest, but is also populated by the least technical people. Some of its members carry out attacks using software downloaded from the Internet and do not carry out the most basic attempts to secure their IP address."
Liked that quote for some reason.
For one thing its retro-active and optional. Secondly, it's a user made mod. In no way will it change your copy of the game nor will a bethesda employee enter your home and hold you at gunpoint, forcing you to play.
EDIT: also if you want an HD remake of sorts, look no further than said modding community : http://www.tesnexus.com/dow...

Hmm seems a nice bit of pc know how here. I know I can just wait and find out but I may wanna upgrade prior would my setup work for this game?
Radeon 5770
3.0 ghz phenomII x4
Windows 7 64 bit
6gb RAM
700 watt power supply
I'm still learning the in and outs of pc gaming. Any major upgrades within a few hundred dollars? Or nothing to fret yet. I suppose not just for this game but slightly beyond.
Not entirely the same. Have you seen some of the mods for Bethesda's games? I think the bets they could do for console gamers is maybe every few months bundle in the top most stable mods as a download pack thats been tested.
A lot of the modding in fallout and elder scrolls resulted in many glitches that I think console gamers who have never played a modded game wont understand, thus throwing a fit.
SOme of those presentations went on too long. But Im just happy with the price of the PSVita. Aside from that, like MS's, just big pushes on peripheral inclusion and such. Not a whole lot form either, just solid grasp of what they currently have on offer. Sony I say takes the upper hand with the Vita tho.
Im going WiFi model and just using a rooted android as a mobile hot spot personally. At&t is a major Blah too me.
Quite a big difference with writing/drawing in the air and using a tablet with a fine pointed pen and a surface to work with.
@peaceful jellyfish.
Seriously? Needs to be done standardized way of doing this if sites wish to continue doing such comparisons. Never understood the contrast trick.
How come in all these comparisons, they never try and set the brightness and contrast properly? Is it really that hard to do? At least then it'd be a much fairer comparison.
So aside from the lazy individual who cant adjust their settings I see little if any difference.
I take comfort in knowing that despite how long Oblivion has been out, that not a single person among the modding community is a Twilight fan...
I think as fans of this series we must all agree not to let it slip that both vampires and werewolves exist in this game.
